Academic, One-Act Play, and Athletic Entries

Athletic/OAP Entries
Please email or fax one copy of Athletic and OAP entries to the respective Regional Contest Director, shown below. One-Act Play entries must be received by midnight April 15, 2010.

Academic Entries
The spring meet district director’s summary of academic contest results, submitted online, constitutes a school’s official entry in the regional meet. Individual school entry is unnecessary, except the eligibility notice in one-act play.

District Entry Fees

See under Academics and Athletics for the Billing Sheet that is applicable to each.

District entry fees may be mailed immediately after a District Meet to Wade Stidevent, Fiscal Director.
District Directors are to collect all required fees from each school in your district. Individual schools shall NOT send fees to the Regional Director or the Fiscal Director. Since events are on different dates, separate checks for academic/literary, one-act play, and athletic events may be sent. Please adhere to the following fee payment deadline date

IMPORTANT:
All entry fees need to be sent to the regional fiscal director by the District Chairperson. Payment deadline is the same as for the entry certification listed above.

Participating schools are NOT responsible for sending fees to the Regional Fiscal Director. Each District Director will determine all entry fees for a District and then bill respective schools for the amount owed. Billing sheets, found under "Academic" or "Athletic," provide a guide to determine entry fees. Note: Entry fees will not always total the same as the sample billing sheets, so each District Director will need to calculate exact entries for payment.

Entry fees are based on the following:

All Academic Regional Entry Fees are set at $15.00 for each contestant and $20.00 for each individual academic team. Lincoln-Douglas Debate individual fees are set at $20.00 per entry.

One-Act Play Regional entry Fee is $200.00 per play. Send check to the Regional Fiscal Director listed under "Directors" in the About menu. Actors in one-act plays are not charged the $15.00 per contestant fee.

All Athletic Regional Entry Fees are based on $15.00 for each contestant and each team member per event. Golf Regional Entry Fee is $60.00 per team plus green fees of $150.00. More information can be found in the section on "Golf."
